This hack is renter friendly and a great solution for folks who want a temporary solution or to see if they will fall in love with a certain color or tile in their kitchen.

I told you we made it worse before it got better. We tried to do Herringbone and it just went horrible.
Before we made another decision, we found renter friendly stick tiles by Smart Tiles. These come in multiple colors and are waterproof for light water (not a shower).
We ordered 5 boxes of these and were able to do our entire kitchen.
